You may only hold one account with BetOlimp. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds in them may be forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Don't use someone else's details or a false identity.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
South African law requires us to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances. You'll need to provide documents such as a certified copy of your South African ID or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. This is a legal requirement under the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) and is not optional. Accounts that can't be verified may be restricted or closed.
All transactions on BetOlimp are conducted in South African Rand (ZAR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are shown on the cashier page and may change from time to time. We don't accept cash deposits.
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. Processing times vary depending on your chosen method. We're not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
BetOlimp does not charge fees on standard transactions, but your bank or payment provider might. Check with them directly.
From time to time, BetOlimp offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. You should read those terms before accepting any bonus.
We reserve the right to withdraw, change, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Any attempt to abuse our bonus system, including through multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

BetOlimp reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by errors, technical faults, or obvious pricing mistakes. We'll notify you if a bet is voided and return your stake.
Gambling should be fun. If it stops being fun, or if you're betting more than you can afford to lose, please use our responsible gambling tools. All content on bet-olimp.co.za, including logos, graphics, software, and text, belongs to BetOlimp or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our written permission.
BetOlimp is not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment system failures, or third-party service disruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you deposited in the relevant transaction.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that can't be excluded under South African law.
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We'll process any outstanding balance after completing required verification checks. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of BetOlimp after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts. We're also subject to oversight by the National Gambling Board (NGB) and relevant provincial gambling authorities.
